Since the introduction of common rail diesel injection systems there has been

anincrease in starting problems resulting in high repair costs due to long

diagnosis

times and replacement of expensive components such as injectors and injector

pumps. This issue has remained even after design improvements on common

rail diesel vehicles. The Common Rail Tester has been developed to effectively

diagnose the problems affecting these systems.
